Mary Fitzgibbons, Ph.D

Mary Fitzgibbons is a licensed psychologist and has
been the Director of West County Psychological Associates since 1986.
Dr. Fitzgibbons created Comprehensive School Services, which provides
consulting services and counseling to administrators, staff, students
and parents. She has worked extensively with many public and private
school systems in regard to dysfunctional families and at-risk children.
Before beginning her career as a psychologist, Dr. Fitzgibbons was in
education for 20 years, in both elementary and secondary levels. She
was formerly a counselor and guidance director at Lafayette High School
and an adjunct professor at Webster University , St. Louis University
, Fontbonne University, University of Colorado and the University of
San Francisco. She lectures frequently to schools and organizations,
in addition to providing numerous presentations to local, state and
national professional groups on issues of children and families.
Amy Maus MSW, LCSW

Amy Maus received her Master of Social Work degree
from Washington University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
in both Missouri and Illinois. She specializes in services to schools,
including work within public and private schools in urban, suburban
and rural settings. Ms. Maus provides training to administrators, teachers
and parents, consultation within Care Teams and on individual cases,
and/or direct intervention with at-risk students. She leads monthly
consultation groups for area school principals. In addition, Ms. Maus
enjoys providing presentations to school-related groups of all sizes.
Each year, she provides dozens of presentations, varying from one-hour
talks to daylong workshops. Common topics include those related to mental
health (e.g. Coping with ADHD), schools issues (e.g. Bully-Proofing
Your School) and Care Team training. Previous to her current practice,
Maus worked within a locked psychiatric facility, providing therapy
to suicidal, dangerous, psychotic, and/or addicted students and their
families. She lives with her husband Jim and daughter Grace in a rural
area close to St. Louis.
Jennifer Bannister, MSW

Jennifer Bannister has a Master of Social Work degree
and extensive experience working with families in crisis and children
who have survived crisis, trauma and/or abuse. She often works with
families and/or attorneys who desire a therapist who is prepared to
go to court and share findings and recommendations. She also has experience
in working with families seeking adoption and in doing pre-adoption
home studies. She specializes in working with children and adolescents
and their families on issues surrounding school, family dysfunction,
crisis management and mental health, and has been serving this population
for over fifteen years. Through West County Psychological Associates,
Ms. Bannister provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults and
families as well as school consultation, counseling, and training services.
Susan Rosse, Psy.D

Susan Rosse received her doctorate in clinical psychology
from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Rosse has clinical
experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
who have come to therapy seeking help for an assortment of presenting
problems. Working in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient
hospital clinics, preschools, residential facilities, and in private
practice has offered a broad spectrum of experience. Susan has also
provided consultation services to school personnel and administrators
and to daycare providers. As a therapist, she works primarily with adolescents,
adults, couples, and families, and enjoys conducting groups with adult
clients. In addition, Dr. Rosse provides educational and psychological
evaluations for clients of all ages. Typical referrals for testing include
assessing for ADHD, learning disorders, depression, anxiety, and other
social-emotional functioning issues.
Tina Murphy, MA

Tina Murphy received her Master of Art in Counseling
from Lindenwood University. She has over 10 years of experience in helping
children and families deal with social skill issues and difficult behaviors
such as ADHD, anxiety, motivational concerns, and depression. Ms. Murphy
has an extensive background in the public and private school system.
She served as a guidance counselor for over 5 years working with elementary
students, teachers and families with a wide range of concerns. Through
WCPA, Ms Murphy provides therapy for children, adolescents, adults and
families as well as school consultation, on site clinical services,
Care Team consultation, social skill groups and training on a variety
of topics.
Craig Politte, MA

Craig Politte received his Master of Art in Counseling
from Missouri Baptist University. Mr. Politte’s professional experience
includes working as a school counselor and psychological tester on both
the elementary and secondary levels. He currently provides consultation,
on-site clinical work and training within Police Departments and is
a member of the Critical Incident Stress Management Team (CISM) for
first responders. He specializes in providing therapy to children, adolescents,
young adults and families who are experiencing anxiety, depression,
grief/loss, and abuse. His work experience also includes nearly 10 years
in Law Enforcement. His broad background makes him especially skilled
in working with persons suffering from trauma and working with First
responders and their families.
Mary Saggau, MSW

Mary Saggau received her Master of Social Work degree
from Washington University. Ms. Saggau’s professional experience includes
serving as a school counselor on both the elementary and secondary levels
and working with college-age students. She currently provides consultation,
on-site clinical work and training within schools and business organizations.
In addition, she provides individual, couples and family therapy, particularly
specializing in working with middle school through college-age clients
and adults on issues surrounding: school motivation, family dysfunction,
depression, anxiety, parenting skills training, social skills, crisis
management and abuse. Ms. Saggau’s work experience also includes over
20 years in accounting and management positions within private industry
and the university environment. Her broad background makes her skilled
in working with business professionals.
